Anthony G. Barone is a partner in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage, and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. Mr. Barone practices extensively in the area of professional liability disputes, (attorneys, architects, engineers, real estate agents and brokers, title companies, etc.) tort litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Barone has represented numerous insurers and insureds in courts throughout the country in complex insurance coverage disputes. He is retained by large corporations such as Domino’s Pizza, Inc. and Enterprise Profit Solutions Corp., and he represents numerous small to medium size businesses as well as professionals and individuals in various litigation matters. Mr. Barone also represents developers in real estate acquisitions and developments including those involving condominiums and he represents sellers and purchasers in commercial and residential real estate sales and acquisitions, including shopping centers, golf courses, hotels, and office buildings. He also represents numerous businesses in corporate matters including contracts, governance, purchases and sales, and other general matters.
