Angie Kim Bio

Angie Kim is a partner in the San Bernardino office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability, Healthcare, and Korean Business & Litigation Practices. As external counsel for numerous small to mid-sized corporations, Ms. Kim has provided guidance across a spectrum of transactional and litigation areas. These include corporate governance, business operations and management, competitive practices, contracts, employment matters, and franchise investment law. In her litigation practice, Ms. Kim has effectively represented individuals and businesses in diverse cases involving shareholder disputes and dissolution, partnership conflicts and dissolution, and employment law (wage and hour litigation, wrongful termination, misclassification, and breach of employment contract.) Furthermore, recognizing the importance of estate planning and trust administration, Ms. Kim assists individuals, families, and business owners in crafting strategies to preserve, manage, and transfer their wealth efficiently.
