Serge Levine Bio

Serge Levine practices in the area of mergers and acquisitions and private equity, across numerous industrial and financial sectors, especially healthcare, leisure, technology and B to B services. He advises purchasers and sellers, whether companies, private equity funds or management teams, French or foreign, in connection with complex corporate transactions, including stock or asset acquisitions and divestures, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts, frequently with a cross-border dimension. He has also gained experience in post-acquisition disputes and subsequent litigation. Serge founded Levine Keszler in 2018 after having worked at White & Case, Jones Day, Mayer Brown (which he became partner in 2012) and the French independent law firm CVML.
