Michael Peter Bio

Michael St. Peter is a partner in the firm's Corporate Group. He works primarily with private equity sponsors, private companies, entrepreneurs, and other sophisticated investors to help them structure and close complex business transactions. Leveraging his over 20 years of experience as a trusted business advisor, Michael also serves as outside general counsel to several middle-market businesses across many different industries. He has also developed a niche practice representing real estate sponsors and investors in structuring joint ventures and funds. Michael works to achieve his client’s business objectives through a combination of pragmatism, knowledge of the market, and clear communication.
