Marc Joseph Bio

Marc Joseph is a partner in the Real Estate and Corporate Groups and is a former member of the firm's Executive Committee. He is also a certified public accountant. With more than 35 years of experience in corporate, real estate, and finance law, Marc has extensive experience with a diverse area of legal and business matters. Throughout his career, Marc has been a transactional lawyer and has handled complex corporate and real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture and partnership agreements involving preferred returns, buy-sells and control issues. From a financing perspective, Marc has represented both lender and borrower on matters involving loan documentation, workouts, restructuring, participations, and tri-party agreements. Marc works to bring a proactive, business-oriented approach to sophisticated transactions, while consistently being mindful of his clients' individual goals. Marc invests his time in understanding his clients' business objectives and finding a practical and efficient approach to accomplish these objectives.
