Simone Ehrsam Bio

Simone Ehrsam is a corporate partner based in our Zurich office, where she advises clients on all aspects of Swiss business law. She has extensive experience representing clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including public tender offers. She recently represented, among others, CREALOGIX in the public tender offer of Vencora UK Limited, Krones AG in the acquisition of all shares in Netstal Maschinen AG from KraussMaffei, Amundi in the acquisition of Alpha Associates, Sunrise Communications AG in the public tender offer of Liberty Global, and BMG in the acquisition of certain music rights of Tina Turner. She has been admitted as an expert to the SIX Swiss Exchange for Listing Purposes and lectures on the LL.M. programme at the University of Zurich.
