Patrick Scharli Bio

Patrick Scharli is a partner based at our Zurich office and a member of the Capital Markets, Banking and Finance, and Corporate and M&A practice groups. Specialising in capital markets and financial services regulatory matters, Patrick advises issuers and banks who act as underwriters in equity and debt offerings. He is a member of the editorial board of the corporate and capital markets law journal "Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht (GesKR)", and an editor for the online law journal "CapLaw".
