Simone Ehrsam is a corporate partner based at our Zurich office, where she advises clients on all areas of Swiss business law. She has broad experience representing clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including public takeover offers. She recently represented, among others, Sunrise Communications AG in the public tender offer of Liberty Global, BMG in the acquisition of certain music rights of Tina Turner, Climeworks in its CHF 600 million investment round and TVS Motor company in the acquisition of Swiss E-Mobility Group. She has been admitted as an expert to the SIX Swiss Exchange for Listing Purposes and lectures on the LL.M. programme at the University of Zurich.
