Matthias Wolf is a partner in our Corporate and M&A group based in Zurich. He advises primarily in the fields of M&A, banking and finance, capital markets and also corporate law. His experience covers public and private M&A, with a focus on cross-border transactions. Matthias regularly advises both private and listed companies on corporate governance and securities law matters.
