He is also responsible for the firm’s corporate practice. With extensive experience in the field of corporate law, both in and out of court, he is a leading professional who has successfully managed complex extraordinary transactions (in M&A and Private Equity). His expertise also extends to venture capital and corporate governance, demonstrating a deep knowledge of corporate dynamics. His track record also confirms extensive experience in the field of commercial contracts and facilitated finance. Daniele Iorio teaches commercial law at the LIUC University of Castellanza and is qualified to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
