Marco Sagliocca Bio

Marco Sagliocca advises and assists in commercial law matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and contract law; he has assisted Italian and foreign companies, as well as companies listed on Italian regulated markets, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, as well as corporate law matters and commercial contract drafting. Marco Sagliocca received an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law in 2012, is a member of the New York Bar Association, U.S.A., and is currently Associate Professor of Business and Financial Markets Law.
