Luca Dal Cerro has significant experience in the tax structuring of M&A and private equity transactions. He regularly assists a large number of top tier US and European Private Equity houses in a large number of tax law areas. He focuses in particular on equity and debt capital markets, syndicated loans, corporate and structured finance, real estate M&A and securitisations deals. Based on his over 22 years of experience, Luca regularly assists Funds and multinational group in managing relationships with the tax authorities, during pre-litigation and litigation phases and relevant settlements. Luca Dal Cerro is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in Italy and of the tax committee of the AIFI (Italian Private Equity Fund Association) and of the Real Estate Association.
