Claudia Gregori has extensive experience in all areas of tax law, with particular focus on M&A, private equity, project finance and real estate. She advises domestic and foreign investment banks and investment funds, as well as companies and institutional investors in respect of the design and the analysis of the tax structure of such transactions. Claudia has also been actively involved in issue of bonds, innovative structured financial products, derivatives and securitisations. She regularly acts for originators/borrowers or for lenders in both domestic and international financing transactions, including in the project financing sector. Claudia also assists clients in their relationships with tax authorities, in relation to audits, assessments, litigation, tax rulings as well as in transfer pricing issues.
