Amit was responsible to drive key strategic initiatives, including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and fund-raising initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and strict compliance. As a trusted business advisor, his expertise and leadership in managing complex legal matters, litigations and arbitrations significantly strengthened STL’s governance framework and safeguarded its interests. Prior to STL, Amit worked with Tata Auto Comp Limited (TACO), Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL) and Vishay Components (India) Pvt. Ltd.
