Rodrigo Cunha Bio

Rodrigo Cunha is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse. He is specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He advises a wide range of investors and companies on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures. Rodrigo obtained his LL. B from University of São Paulo (USP), his LL.M from University of Pennsylvania and received the Wharton Business and Law Certificate from Wharton’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education. He acted as a foreign associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York and is admitted to the New York State Bar Association
