Mirella Mie Abe is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse. She has solid experience in corporate and actively participates in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, foreign investment in Brazil and contractual analysis. Mirella received a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. She earned her LL.M from the University of Michigan, focusing on corporate law.
