Marcelo Tourinho Bio

Marcelo Tourinho is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse. He specializes in corporate law and capital markets and has been involved in relevant M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and transactions involving publicly held companies. Marcelo’s work also includes private equity investments and the representation of market participants before the CVM (Securities Commission). He was a professor of business law at IBMEC-RJ (2014-2017) and served as an international associate at White & Case LLP in New York. Marcelo holds a degree in Law from PUC-RJ (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro) and a Master’s in Business Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo).
