Ligia Padovani Bio

Ligia Padovani is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse. She focuses her work on mergers and acquisitions, structuring of joint ventures, private equity and venture capital operations, mezzanine investments, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the State University of Londrina (Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL)) and a master’s degree in Commercial Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP), with several articles published in scientific journals.
