Laura Affonso Bio

Laura Affonso is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse. She has solid experience in corporate law with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, private equity investments, venture capital and corporate reorganizations. Before joining the Lefosse team, she was responsible for the mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate areas at JBS. She was also general counsel at UHG Brasil. Laura graduated in Law from USP (Universidade de São Paulo) and holds an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law. Laura worked at the Greenberg Traurig LLP office in New York.
