Geraldo Lefosse Bio

Geraldo Lefosse is a founding partner of Lefosse and works in Corporate & M&A, Projects and Infrastructure practices. He has extensive experience in contractual matters, equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, greenfield projects, development and negotiation of differentiated business structures. Geraldo has been involved in transactions for companies from various sectors including automotive, agribusiness, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, IT and transport and logistics. Geraldo graduated from USP (Universidade de Direito do Largo São Francisco) and has a master’s degree from the University of Illinois.
