Marshall Gluck focuses his practice on corporate transactions, healthcare, taxation, licensing and intellectual property, and estate planning/estate administration. In his corporate practice, Marshall has had extensive experience representing companies and their owners and executives in a variety of business transactions, including the negotiation and structure of business start-ups, employment and consulting agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate-related transactions and financing facilities. Marshall also advises individuals and family groups on business and estate planning, including both lifetime and generational planning. Marshall has been involved in a number of international transactions in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. He has represented companies and joint ventures engaged in technology and intellectual property transfers, manufacturing and distribution of various products, real estate and resort properties, and the exploitation and development of mineral resources.
