Joshua Metliss Bio

Joshua Metliss is a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Group and advises businesses and individuals on corporate and commercial matters, including structuring start-ups, reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, debt and equity investments, acquisitions and disposals with a particular focus on the media, technology, creative and leisure industries including live events and exhibitions, marketing communications, restaurants and sport as well as music, film and TV. Joshua trained as a solicitor in the City before continuing his career at a West End media practice. He joined Lee & Thompson from sports, fashion and outdoor brands owner Pentland Brands plc where he was a member of their in-house legal team.
