Song Ruoh Jin Bio

Song Ruoh Jin is a Partner in the Corporate Department. Ruoh Jin graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1996 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1997. She joined Lee & Lee as a Partner in December 2006. Her areas of practice include advising listed and unlisted companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, share placements and corporate finance matters, as well as advising listed companies in relation to their on-going matters such as legal and regulatory compliance, annual general meetings, announcement requirements and the requirements to obtain shareholders’ approvals.
