Yang Suk Han Bio

Yang Suk Han is a partner in the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. His practice focuses on civil litigation and criminal defense. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2013 he served as Presiding Judge of the Seoul High Court of Korea. Mr. Han's extensive legal experience is highly impressive. Since 1988 he served as a judge in numerous courts including the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge), Seoul High Court and Busan High Court. Mr. Han was also a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.
