Tae Jung Kim Bio

Tae Jung Kim is a partner. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2011, he has focused his practice and expertise in the areas of M&A, Corporate Governance, and Start-up. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, he served as a Judge Advocate Officer in the Korean Navy. Mr. Kim holds an LL.B. from Seoul National University College of Law and an LL.M. from Seoul National University Graduate School of Law and UC Berkeley. He completed his legal training at the Judicial Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2008. Mr. Kim also works from Lee & Ko PanGyo Office and provides comprehensive and focused advice to meet the progressive needs of industrial innovation and IT companies.
