Kyung Gyoon Park Bio

Kyung Gyoon Park is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of M&A, Corporate Governance and Hostile Takeovers & Defense. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2013, Mr. Park served as Judge Advocate Officer in the Korean Army. Mr. Park received his LL.B from the Seoul National University, College of Law in 2006. In 2010, he was admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.
