As a member of Lee & Ko's Corporate Practice Group, Joon Sup Yoon practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, hostile takeovers and defenses and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2016, Mr. Yoon served as a public service advocate in the International Legal Affairs Division of the Ministry of Justice. Mr. Yoon received his LL.B. from Korea University in 2013 and was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2013.
