Ji Hyeong Park is a partner in the General Corporate Practice Group at Lee & Ko. Her practice has focused on the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and hostile takeover & defense. Ms. Park received a BA in law from Seoul National University in 2010. After passing the Korean bar exam (2009), she successfully completed the legal training program at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea(2012).
