Hyunsung Kim Bio

Hyunsung Kim is a corporate law specialist, with the experience of a judge and experience of an in-house counsel. He started his legal career at the judiciary where he served as a judge until 2005. Mr. Kim then worked as a corporate counsel in charge of legal and business affairs at a Pangyo-based IT company for 12 years. He also served as a market member of the KOSDAQ Market Committee of the Korea Exchange (KRX). During his tenure at the KOSDAQ Market Committee, Mr. Kim served as Chairman of the Corporate Review Committee, which decides on the delisting of KOSDAQ companies, and Chairman of the Listing Committee, which decides on the approval KOSDAQ listings. He is also an advisory lawyer for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and provides hands-on practical advice on issues relating to growth and survival of small and medium-sized venture IT companies and IPOs.
