Hyun Chul Kim Bio

Hyun Chul Kim is a partner at Lee Ko. His primary practice areas include Antitrust & Competition, Corporate, and M&A. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2006, he has been involved in many significant cartel and M&A due diligence matters by drawing on his five years past experience as Assistant Director at the Korea Fair Trade Commission. Mr. Kim completed his legal education at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2002. He holds an LL.B. from Konkuk University.
