Eunjai Lee Bio

Eunjai Lee is a partner at Lee & Ko. He primarily practices in the areas of M&A, Insolvency & Restructuring, Trust and International Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, he was a foreign associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. He has represented major companies and financial institutions in restructuring and rehabilitation transactions. Mr. Lee graduated from Seoul National University, College of Law in 1983, and Seoul National University, Graduate School of Law in 1989. He received his LL.M. degrees from the University of Chicago Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law. Mr. Lee is admitted to the Korean and New York State Bars.
