Chul Ho Kwon Bio

Chul Ho Kwon is a partner in the Securities & Capital Markets Group. He has advised clients, including asset managers, issuers and underwriters among others, on a wide variety of capital markets/securities transactions and related regulatory compliance issues. Mr. Kwon has increasingly focused his practice on the areas of private equity funds, collective investment arrangements, asset management, M&As with fund involvement and securities regulations. He has advised several domestic and overseas funds on a variety of matters from their formation and throughout operational and unwinding phases. He has also successfully handled the registrations of various funds and offshore asset management and advisory companies to make it possible for them to access the Korean market and Korean investors.
