Lucy is a Partner in the Lee & Thompson’s Corporate Group. Lucy advises on general corporate and commercial matters including structuring start-ups, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements and shareholder agreements and investments in the fields of media and entertainment, with a particular focus on the areas of sport, sponsorship, music, film & TV, advertising and marketing, and live events. Lucy began her career in the City at K&L Gates LLP.
