Bio

As a member of Lee & Ko's Corporate Practice Group, Taeyong Kim practice mainly focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance matters. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2017, Mr. Kim served as Judge Advocate Officer in the Korean Navy. Mr. Kim received his LL.B. from Korea University in 2011 and graduated from Korea University Law School in 2014.
