Soo Yeon Oh is a partner at Lee & Ko. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2009, her practice has been focused on the areas of corporate and business laws, especially mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, foreign exchange regulations, Vietnamese practice, healthcare, automobile, product liability and other related areas. Ms. Oh is admitted to the Korean Bar, and New York Bar.
