Gu Beom Kwon is a partner at Lee & Ko’s Corporate Practice Group. He has expertise in M&A and corporate laws, including M&A, joint venture, corporate governance and foreign investment. Mr. Kwon has the highest track record in 2021 among lawyers with ten years or less experience in both deal count and deal value, according to the Korea Economic Daily. Mr. Kwon was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2011, and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of Supreme Court of Korea in 2014. He received his LL.B. from the Seoul National University, College of Law in 2014.
