Dong Sup Lee is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice group. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2008, he has represented a large number of domestic and foreign clients in M&A transactions and corporate governance fields, and mainly specialized his practice and expertise in the areas of public and private mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound Investment, EPC contract, international transaction and related foreign exchange regulation, and international dispute resolution. A few of the highlighted cases Mr. Lee has handled include representation of KEPCO and KHNP in the nuclear power plant deal with the UAE, Samsung Electronics in its acquisition of Medison Medical Equipment, and he frequently provides thorough legal service to foreign investors ranging from the establishment of Korean subsidiaries, entailing corporate management including Korean work permits/visa issues, to the liquidation of Korean subsidiaries. Mr. Lee holds an LL.M. graduate degree from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in English Literature from Seoul National University.
