As a member of Lee & Ko's Banking and Finance Group, Bryan Beumrae Kim practice focuses on Private Equity Fund's M&As, Cross-border & Overseas Investment and Financial Disputes. Mr. Kim also has many experiences of litigation and legal advice on Entertainment. Mr. Kim holds a B.A. in Political Science from Seoul National University. He completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2012.
