Daniele Bonvicini Bio

Daniele works as lawyer in the field of M&A, joint ventures and other extraordinary corporate transactions, both in Italy and in cross-border transactions. He also works in the private equity field, banking and financial law matters and the field of licensing contracts for the luxury industry. Daniele has been a member of the Firm since 2019. Previously, he was co-founder and senior partner of MBL & Partners, an Italian Law Firm with a great reputation in the M&A world. He then became a partner in an international firm and then a partner in a historic Italian law firm. He has been assistant professor of commercial law at the Law School in Bologna and professor of comparative private law at the University of Ferrara. He has held the office of independent director in some listed companies and banks, including Interbanca S.p.A. and Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A.
