Benedetto Lonato Bio

Benedetto is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, IPO and capital markets transactions (ECM). He has significant experience in both cross-border and domestic transactions, as well as carve-outs, joint ventures, LBOs, and initial public (IPO) and other securities offerings (with particular focus on Euronext Markets). He also frequently advises companies and their boards of directors on corporate legal matters. He has advised a broad range of public and private clients across many industries, including technology and digital, web, software, industrial, media and advertising, private equity, and financial institutions. He oversees the Global Mobility’s team of LCA. Benedetto joined the Law Firm in 2007. He is professor of International Contracting and Crossborder Extraordinary Transactions at the University of Genoa.
