Dominic Petraroia is a partner in the Kelowna – Landmark office of Lawson Lundell. He is a member of the Corporate Commercial, Real Estate, and Estate Planning & Litigation Groups. He has significant experience in general corporate and commercial matters; mergers and acquisitions; commercial lending; commercial, residential and resort developments; and inter-generational wealth and business transfers. He provides legal counsel to a wide range of businesses and individuals. He has experience working with businesses at all stages of growth – from start-up through to expansion and divestment.
