Andrew Kemp Bio

Andrew Kemp is a Partner in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial Group. His practice focuses on assisting domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate legal matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. He has experience advising public and private companies, private equity funds and syndicates of investors on share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations, financings and various other corporate proceedings. In addition to his transactional practice, Andrew also regularly drafts and reviews commercial agreements including shareholders agreements, confidentiality agreements and services agreements. Andrew works with clients across a variety of industries and at all stages of growth to provide ongoing strategic advice in order to achieve their business objectives. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Andrew articled and practised with a leading national law firm in Calgary.
