Darly David, a Partner with Lawson & Weitzen since 2012, has a sophisticated transactional real estate practice that includes acquisitions and dispositions, developments, financings, and condominium association representation. Darly concentrates her practice in representing buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and condominium associations in commercial and residential transactions, including financings, purchases, sales, and condominium developments, conversions, and governance issues. Recognized by her clients smart, responsive, and friendly, Darly provides commercial and residential real estate title services to national and local banks and mortgage lenders; assists companies and community development corporations with the purchase, sale, development and refinance of real estate; counsels developers of mixed use and residential condominiums in the acquisition, development and sale of condominium units; advocates for buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions, and advises condominium trustees in matters of condominium control and governance. Darly has been a guest lecturer at Massachusetts Bar Association continuing legal education seminars, discussing current real estate law topics.
