Elizabeth Haden brings a breath of fresh air to the industry and works with banks and corporate leaders, helping them to navigate lending transactions and compliance issues in the finance realm. Elizabeth "Beth" Haden is a partner in Lathrop GPM's Business Transactions Group. She represents lenders and borrowers in lending transactions. She has considerable experience assisting clients with all forms of financing matters from the structuring of deals to drafting and negotiating the required documentation and managing complex closings through loan enforcements and workouts. Counsel in single-bank, club and syndicated credit facilities, Beth's areas of emphasis include commercial and industrial, real estate, unsecured, agricultural, construction and asset-based loans. She also counsels corporate clients with respect to acquisition finance issues.
