Owen Alexander advises private equity firms as well as public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Mr. Alexander helps clients execute transactions efficiently, deftly coordinating the nuanced regulatory and commercial issues specific to a range of industries, including asset management and financial services, REITs, and technology. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Alexander was a high school math teacher. During law school, he served as a mediator in New York City Civil Court and Jersey City Small Claims Court.
