Marc Granger advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a broad range of M&A transactions across the corporate life cycle. Before joining Latham, Mr. Granger was an associate in the Atlanta office of a large international law firm, where he focused on M&A, corporate finance, and general corporate law.
