Justin Elliott advises public and private clients on an array of complex commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. Drawing on his vast and varied experience, Mr. Elliott advises a broad range of private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and public companies. His experience includes prominent transactions involving a variety of asset classes, such as industrial, multifamily and specialized housing, medical, office, retail, and hospitality. Mr. Elliott works with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their businesses in order to tirelessly advocate on behalf of their best interests. He delivers pragmatic and forward-thinking advice by considering clients’ key drivers while also anticipating their future needs.
