Holly Bauer advises clients at all stages of corporate development on their most challenging compensation, employee benefits, and employment matters. Drawing on her prior corporate law experience, Ms. Bauer approaches each matter with a sophisticated understanding of the corporate and securities law aspects of executive compensation and benefits. A recognized leader at the firm, Ms. Bauer is Global Chair of the EEO Review Committee and previously served on the Women Enriching Business (WEB) Committee.
