Heiko Gotsche is a M&A and Private Equity partner in Latham’s Düsseldorf office and co-heads the German corporate practice. Dr. Gotsche has considerable experience advising on cross-border transactions (both private and public), as well as on corporate law matters, including joint ventures, reorganizations, and carve-outs. He serves an international client base, including private equity investors, listed as well as family-owned companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. Leading legal publications, including JUVE and The Legal 500, rank him as a frequently recommended lawyer for M&A. Dr. Gotsche is a member of several associations, including the German Association for Corporate and Company Law (VGR).
