Charles Carpenter is a partner in the New York and Houston offices of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Carpenter is a member of the Corporate Department and focuses his practice on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and securities offerings. Mr. Carpenter has over 17 years of experience in the energy sector, with particular knowledge on master limited partnerships and energy focused private equity transactions. Mr. Carpenter is a member of the American Bar Association.
